368zk Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on 368zk. This minimum age requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2 Residency. The 368zk platform is designed primarily for players who are residents of Indonesia. If you access the platform from outside Indonesia, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. 368zk accepts no liability for a Player's non-compliance with local laws.

2.3 Age Verification Process. 368zk reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or any other government-issued identification document bearing a date of birth. Until identity and age have been verified, 368zk may suspend deposit, withdrawal, and wagering functionality on the Account.

2.4 Underage Registrations. If 368zk discovers that an Account has been opened by a person under the age of 21, the Account will be immediately and permanently closed. Any funds deposited by the underage player will be returned to the originating payment method, less any administrative processing costs incurred. Winnings accrued during the period of underage play will be forfeited.

3.1 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) Account on 368zk. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed and all associated balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile telephone number, and email address. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any of these details change.

3.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. 368zk will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your Account while logged in is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorized by you.

3.4 KYC Compliance. 368zk may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals, upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, or at any time deemed necessary for fraud prevention or responsible gaming purposes. Failure to provide the requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension.

4.1 Currency. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). 368zk does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any foreign-currency payment will be automatically declined or returned.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 368zk accepts deposits via the following methods: bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI — Bank Syariah Indonesia) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The list of accepted methods is subject to change. The current list is always displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction. Transactions below this threshold will be rejected.

4.4 Transaction Fees. 368zk does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own outward transfer fees. You are responsible for any fees levied by your financial institution.

4.5 Own Funds Only. You must deposit only funds that belong to you and are not derived from illegal activity. You must not use payment instruments that are not registered in your own name. 368zk reserves the right to verify the source of deposited funds as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction.

5.2 KYC Requirement. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC identity verification has been completed. 368zk may request additional documentation for large-value withdrawals or where discrepancies in Account information are identified.

5.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests are processed on a best-efforts basis, typically within the same business day for requests submitted before 22:00 WIB. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) typically clear within five (5) minutes. Bank transfers typically clear within 15–60 minutes for BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri. Processing during Indonesian national holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Hari Kemerdekaan on 17 August) may be delayed due to reduced bank operating hours.

5.4 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. If a specific method is unavailable, 368zk may request an alternative withdrawal method, requiring updated verification documentation.

5.5 Wagering Requirement Completion. Funds credited as Bonuses, or winnings generated from Bonus play, may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Real-money deposits made by the Player are not subject to any wagering requirement unless the Player has opted into a promotional offer that specifies otherwise.

5.6 Transaction Fees. 368zk does not charge withdrawal fees. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own inward payment fees for which 368zk accepts no responsibility.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 368zk are subject to these general bonus terms and to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of conflict between general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Every Bonus carries a specified Wagering Requirement (WR). Until the WR is satisfied, Bonus-derived winnings will be held in a non-withdrawable bonus balance. Once the WR is met, the qualifying balance converts to real-money funds eligible for withdrawal.

6.3 Bonus Validity Period. Each promotion specifies a validity period during which the WR must be completed. Failure to meet the WR within the validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.

6.4 One Bonus at a Time. A Player may hold only one active promotional bonus at a time unless the specific terms of a promotion explicitly state otherwise.

6.5 Bonus Abuse. 368zk employs sophisticated detection systems to identify bonus abuse. Practices including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts, coordinating bets with other players to minimize risk, using automated wagering scripts, or deliberately exploiting errors in bonus calculations — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated Bonus balances.

6.6 Modification of Promotions. 368zk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Modifications do not affect bonuses already accepted and actively in progress by Players, unless the modification is necessitated by a technical error, fraud risk, or regulatory requirement.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets. 368zk reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Wager at its absolute discretion without being required to provide a reason. This includes, but is not limited to, circumstances where a Player demonstrates consistent profitable betting patterns that suggest exploitation of mispriced odds.

7.2 Obvious Errors. If a bet is accepted due to a manifest pricing error — such as an incorrect decimal odds entry — 368zk reserves the right to void the Wager and return the stake to the Player's balance. "Palpable error" or "obvious mistake" voiding will not be applied retroactively to settled bets where the odds were clearly intentional.

7.3 Match Integrity. 368zk takes match integrity seriously across all markets, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF, and all other covered competitions. Bets placed on events subsequently found to be subject to match-fixing or corrupt conduct may be voided. 368zk cooperates fully with sports governing bodies and relevant authorities in integrity investigations.

7.4 Casino and Live Dealer Games. All casino games and live dealer products on 368zk use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or real dealing mechanics. Published RTP figures are based on independent third-party testing and represent long-run theoretical averages, not per-session guarantees.

7.5 Togel (Lottery) Draws. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws conducted through 368zk use verifiable random draw mechanisms. Draw results are final once announced. No claims regarding draw outcomes will be accepted after the result has been published.

7.6 Disconnection Policy. If a Player's internet connection is interrupted during an active casino game or live dealer session, the game outcome will be determined by the server-side result at the point of disconnection. 368zk accepts no liability for losses arising from connectivity issues on the Player's end.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 368zk platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, or using another person's Account or identity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting ("arbing") or matched betting strategies that exploit promotional offers across multiple accounts or platforms.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of 368zk.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal activity.
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources or using payment instruments not registered in your own name.
• Deliberately abusing the self-exclusion or responsible gaming systems to circumvent imposed limitations.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 368zk staff or other users through any support or communication channel.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account, login credentials, or Account balance to any third party.

9.1 Suspension by 368zk. 368zk reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users.

9.2 Balance on Closure. Where an Account is closed by 368zk due to a Terms breach, any real-money deposits not directly involved in the breach may be returned at 368zk's sole discretion after a review period. Bonus balances will be forfeited in full.

9.3 Voluntary Closure. A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting the 368zk support team via email or live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure request will be settled normally before funds are released.

9.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may initiate self-exclusion separately via the Responsible Gaming tools available in their Account settings. Self-exclusion is a distinct process from voluntary Account closure and is documented under 368zk's Responsible Gaming Policy.

10.1 All content on the 368zk platform — including but not limited to the 368zk brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, odds data, and game interfaces — is the exclusive property of 368zk or its licensed third-party partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 368zk platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not extend to reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any platform content.

10.3 Game content, including slot mechanics, live dealer interfaces, and sportsbook data feeds, is licensed to 368zk by third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, and others). Those providers retain all intellectual property rights in their respective content.

11.1 The 368zk platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 368zk makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11.2 In no event shall 368zk, its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — including, without limitation, losses resulting from gambling outcomes, platform downtime, system errors, third-party payment delays, or unauthorized access to your Account.

11.3 368zk's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the net real-money balance held in the Player's Account at the time the liability arises.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 368zk's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11.5 Jurisdictional Compliance. Access to 368zk from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited is at the Player's sole risk. 368zk accepts no liability whatsoever for a Player's breach of the laws of their home jurisdiction.

12.1 The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data is governed by the 368zk Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference.

12.2 By creating an Account on 368zk, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

12.3 368zk uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform. Account access credentials are stored using industry-standard cryptographic hashing. 368zk never stores card details directly on its servers.

13.1 368zk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published at https://368zk.cam/terms-conditions, along with the effective date of the latest revision.

13.2 Where a proposed amendment materially affects Player rights or obligations, 368zk will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by posting a notice on the platform or by email to the registered address on each affected Account.

13.3 Your continued use of the 368zk platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to initiate Account closure before the amendment takes effect.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial contract law, as applied by platforms operating under internationally licensed frameworks. 368zk does not represent that its operations are licensed or approved by any Indonesian government body, given the legal restrictions on online gambling in Indonesia.

14.2 In the event of any dispute between a Player and 368zk arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation via the 368zk support team. The Player must submit a written complaint by email to the support address, setting out the nature of the dispute, the relevant Account details, and the remedy sought.

14.3 If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of the complaint being submitted, either party may refer the matter to final and binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules, conducted in the English language.

14.4 Nothing in this clause limits a Player's right to seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent imminent harm.
